Someone books the group event either online, over the phone or in person. After booking, they will receive an email confirmation. That email will contain a link to the online payment tool where the customer can simply login and apply a payment to that existing sale. All the payments are clearly listed on the sale in LilYPad so when the group arrives you can quickly confirm each customer with their payment. No problem if a few people forgot to pay ahead of time because it is still easy to add their payment when they arrive.
Does your facility require customers to fill out a waiver? If yes then LilYPad can track and manage that for you too. That confirmation email that gets sent to each person in the group by the organizer, can also contain a reminder and link to the waiver form so that each customer can take care of that beforehand too!
