Dear Valued LilYPad POS Customers,

We understand this is a trying time for all of us, but we are hopeful because of how you and your businesses are taking this crisis seriously to help keep all of us healthy and safe. We want you to know that our phone and email support is still 100% operational to help you with anything you may need. We want to be fully available should you wish use this time to prepare for your eventual re-open and ensure you will be off and running once things get back to normal.

We would also like to provide any assistance we can so you can get back to what you do best when you reopen: providing an amazing experience for your customers. There are a few things we haveĀ been working on with other LilYPad customers during this time that could benefit your business and we wanted to share some of them with you. While it won’t be the same as being open for regular business, many of these ideas will give your customers reassurance that you will open again and things will get back to business as usual.

Here are some of the options that LilYPad POS can help facilitate to keep your business active, profitable and safe:

  • Allow future discounted party bookings in the later months of the year

    Some customers have block party/event bookings until a specific date later in the spring or summer but allowing bookings after that time at a discounted rate if booked now. This will allow customers to secure their date and time at a discounted price. In the event that social distancing is required for a longer period of time, then you can easily move the booking to a later date or credit your customers with a gift card or credit note to be used at a later time.

  • Sell gift cards, memberships and play passes at a discounted cost

    These items can be used/activated at any point, so giving customers a discounted option at this time will be a good incentive for them to save some money for when they eventually visit your facility once you reopen.

  • Sell Special Variety Packages or Subscription Boxes

    Giving customers the option to buy variety packs/busy bags/boredom busters which contain fun items and activities for kids is a great way to engage your customers from the comfort of their homes. Ordered and purchased online and assembled and delivered by your staff. These packages can be one-time purchases or you can doing monthly packages utilizing LilYPad’s auto-renewal membership feature. Each box can contain a variety of different items and activities to keep kids busy and entertained without them having to visit your facility.

  • Online Fitness Programs

    Some of our clients are providing online live streams or posting videos of regularly scheduled fitness classes they offer to customers online. This is a very engaging way of reaching out to your customers so they get stay active during this time.
